Terms and Conditions
Purchasing
- It is the buyer’s obligation to check the order at the time of purchase before signing or making a deposit payment.
- Cancellation of orders placed will incur a 25% charge.
- Cancellation of special orders, these being products ordered by Finicci S.L. for and behalf of clients will incur a charge of 50% of the value of the order, except for curtaining and blinds and any soft furnishings.
- Clients must be aware that products ordered from manufacturers and suppliers may not always arrive on the exact date. Delays do occur from time to time and in many cases goods arrive earlier then the stated date. Finicci S.L. will endeavour to meet all scheduled dates.
- Please ensure that all goods are checked on delivery as we can not be held responsible for any damages or losses after this time.
- In the event of a client returning goods, proof of purchase and payment must be made and goods returned within 5 days of purchase.
- Please ensure that you have contents insurance for your property.
Balance payments
- Clients wishing to pay by cheque (Spanish Bank accounts cheques only) or bank transfer must pay five working days before delivery.
- Drivers will only accept cash or credit cards on delivery. No goods will be left at the place of delivery without payment.
- All goods remain the property of Finicci S.L. until full payment has been received.
- Clients or their agents must sign for the goods.
- Clients unable to receive their goods in person and pay the outstanding balance, authorise Finicci S.L. to use the credit card details for balance payments at the time of delivery.
Finicci Full Furnishing Packages & Interior Design Service
- Please check all details of your order. If you are purchasing over the internet please email your confirmation of the order. Deposit payments are considered as acceptance of the order and Finicci S.L. will place all special orders on receipt of the deposit payment.
- Soft furnishings, binds & curtains are estimates only and may change after accurate measurements have been taken.
- Lighting quotes may change if more points are found at the time of viewing and more lights are required. Clients will be advised beforehand.
- A deposit of 50% is required at the time of placing the order and the balance must be received by Finicci S.L. five working days before date of delivery and installation. No goods will be ordered until the deposit has been received by Finicci S.L.
- The client must ensure that the agent or developer has been given instructions for Finicci S.L. staff to gain access to view and measure the property.
- It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that Finicci S.L. is in possession of the keys to the property.
- Electricity and water must be available in the home.
- Clients must ensure they have contents insurance prior to delivery and installation. This is for the clients own protection.
- Clients or their agents must check and sign for our service.
- Builder cleans are not part of our service but can be arranged with a Cleaning service on behalf of clients.
